ADHD support for creative businesses

I help creative businesses work with and attract neurodivergent and ADHD talent. With over 10 years of experience working with ADHD in creative and media agencies before becoming an ADHD coach, I understand things from an employees view  and as an ADHD expert.

I work with creative businesses to:

  • Help them to create neuroinclusive workplaces beyond policies and box ticking exercises.

  • Support managers and HR teams with neurodiversity awareness and practical strategies to help their teams. So when they ask for help, your team can actually help them.

  • Provide ADHD support for individuals, so they can work with their neurodivergent brains and use their strengths to thrive.

Why creative businesses can't sleep on neurodiversity training

HR talent partner creative agency

Charlotte has massively helped me with ways to tackle my triggers, and proactive tools I can use to stop me from spiralling and becoming overwhelmed. I felt very negative and like I would never be able to 'fix' the way I was feeling, but I've come to realise it's not about fixing my ADHD, but actually that I can use it in my favour in so many ways within my role that others may not be able to.”

  • ADHD Employer Toolkits

There isn’t a blueprint for how to support employees with ADHD, and nor should there be because everyone with ADHD is different.

So I’ve developed two employer toolkits which give you the knowledge and tools to build your own support systems:

    1. Employer Toolkit for supporting people with ADHD as an organisation including ADHD awareness & resources for HR teams and managers.

    2. Employee Toolkit for working with ADHD as an individual. This includes practical strategies for executive function including, planning & organisation, motivation, time management, managing stress and preventing burnout.

  • ADHD Coaching

Do you have an employee with ADHD who needs expert support? I coach professionals on how to work with ADHD.

ADHD coaching helps people understand their brains better and learn practical strategies for working with ADHD.

Employers can invest in ADHD employee development by funding 1:1 coaching sessions.

I am an associate coach for NABs and work with 1:1 clients from creative and media agencies including Publicis Groupe, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Oliver Agency.

Coaching packages start from £900 for 6 coaching sessions.

Working with Charlotte: lived experience, expert knowledge & creativity.

I have over a decade of lived experience working with ADHD in advertising and media agencies in the UK and Australia. I have first hand experience of working with ADHD AND expert ADHD coach training. I understand ADHD challenges from an employees POV, and how to practically solve them from an expert ADHD coach lens.

I’m also a content creator which means my corporate training packages aren’t dry, boring or out of touch. Quite the opposite. Compelling, entertaining and down with the kids.

Because I have ADHD I know how excruciating it is to sit through boring presentations, so I create training my busy brain enjoys. Information delivered clearly and visually, webinars and workshops in sections with breaks, and key information to takeaway and digest at home.

As a proud millennial content creator on TikTok with over 1.3M video views in the last year and someone who has delivered presentations to senior clients and stakeholders in my time in agencies I speak employee and employer.

Because of my audience on social media I can bring positive PR to your brand to attract more neurodivergent talent.

Charlotte's credentials

My ethos:

Neuroinclusive workplaces are created with both top down and bottom up support.

Wouldn’t it be cool if you could attract and retain the smartest and most creative minds in the business?

From the top: HR teams and managers need more ADHD awareness so they can actually help people with ADHD and don’t view neurodivergence as a liability, but as a difference.

From the bottom: ADHD awareness is WAY more effective combined with support for individuals to create their own ADHD-friendly strategies when they know what help they need.

This is underpinned by a neurodivergent-friendly culture:

  • Where communication is clear and transparent

  • Differences are OK and encouraged

  • People are allowed to work in ways that work for them

  • Flexible working - in all senses

  • Ongoing conversations, not box ticking exercises

  • People are treated like human beings not human doings

Doesn’t this sound good? Neurodivergent friendly workplaces benefit all employees.
